We have particular expertise in supporting people with Dementia and I’m particularly proud of our end of life care.”

Susan Hill – Registered ManagerSH

Susan joined the Glebe Court team as Registered Manager in July 2019.

Susan has been in the Caring profession for over 30 years. She initially became a support worker and realised that this was the profession she wanted to be in. Sue went to university and became a joint practitioner (nurse and social worker). For the last 25 years she has worked in Management with Adults with learning disabilities, adults with mental health issues and elderly care. Sue says her job is very important to her, and something she really enjoys doing.

Dami Baiyewu – Clinical Nurse Manager

Dami started her career as a Health Care Assistant. Her passion for care encouraged her to further her career as an RGN. When she qualified, she began her nursing career in a hospital as a Surgical Nurse and later worked in the Community as a District Nurse. Her first experience of Glebe Court was as an agency nurse 3 years ago which she enjoyed but she began to work exclusively for Glebe Court and when they offered her a permanent role, she was delighted to become part of the team. She says she could not be happier in her career. She is currently the Clinical Nurse Manager at Glebe Court and feels honored to be part of the best team.

Lynn Kiy – Office Manager and PA to Registered ManagerLK

Lynn started her career working for the Judiciary, negotiating pay awards with the Trade Unions, costing and implementing them and dealing with policies and procedures. Since having children, she has spent the last 20 years working in administration for various care homes, ranging from young adults with profound needs to nursing homes for the elderly. She has worked at Glebe Court for the last 5 years and deals with all aspects of office management for the residents and staff. She loves working at Glebe as no two days are alike

Caroline Mongan – Activities and Volunteers Coordinator


Caroline completed her degree in Education in 2012 and decided to work in the Healthcare Industry. She has worked in a variety of roles including, support worker, compliance administrator and activity coordinator. Caroline joined Glebe Court in October 2019 and she particularly enjoys 1:1 sessions with the residents, knit & natter and gardening projects. She says she loves working at Glebe Court because every day is different and it’s a pleasure to work with the residents

Rita Cousins – Nurse

Rita has worked in the healthcare industry for 26 years and she has been at Glebe Court since 2015. She says she loves working at Glebe Court and enjoys all the challenges working in nursing care brings. She says the staff team at Glebe Court are very approachable, compassionate and caring and loves chatting to the residents. She loves her job and says she enjoys coming in each shift.

Mala Loheswaran – Senior Care Assistant

Mala initially started work at Glebe Court in 2013 as a carer and was quickly promoted to Senior Carer. She loves caring for the residents and ensuring all their needs are met. She also loves interacting with them. She says Glebe Court is a great environment and has a really good staff team.

Sylvia Wilson – Housekeeper                                       

Sylvia has worked at Glebe Court for 17 years and says she really enjoys it. She loves chatting with the residents and their families. She says Glebe Court has a brilliant staff team and she really enjoys the variety in her work”

Debbie Baker – Laundry Manager

Debbie says she really enjoys chatting with the residents and ensuring they are all well looked after.  She says she loves her job and that’s why shes been at Glebe Court for 22 years!”

Anita has worked at Glebe Court for 13 years and loves the family atmosphere. She says she really enjoys putting a smile on the residents’ faces and interacting with them.


“Since I retired from teaching something was missing from my life, it was not being involved and a need to use my talent in some meaningful way. Being a volunteer at Glebe Court now gives me that sense of belonging and I love doing the displays for the residents to exhibit their work and highlight the many special events and activities.”
