Sean Healy – Registered Manager
Sean joined Glebe Court as the Registered Manager in September 2021
Sean has over 30 years experience in the care sector. His background includes working for 10 years as a CQC inspector and also as a Registered Manager for both privately funded and Local Authority funded care homes for the elderly., Learning Disabilities, Mental Health and Dementia.
Lynn started her career working for the Judiciary, negotiating pay awards with the Trade Unions, costing and implementing them and dealing with policies and procedures. Since having children, she has spent the last 20 years working in administration for various care homes, ranging from young adults with profound needs to nursing homes for the elderly. She has worked at Glebe Court for the last 5 years and deals with all aspects of office management for the residents and staff. She loves working at Glebe as no two days are alike
Lisa Doe - Receptionist/Administrator
Lisa has worked in the care industry for over 10 years. Her previous roles include Manager, Deputy Manager and Quality Assurance auditor.
Mala Loheswaran - Senior Care Assistant
Mala initially started work at Glebe Court in 2013 as a carer and was quickly promoted to Senior Carer. She loves caring for the residents and ensuring all their needs are met. She also loves interacting with them. She says Glebe Court is a great environment and has a really good staff team.
Sylvia Wilson - Housekeeper
Sylvia has worked at Glebe Court for 17 years and says she really enjoys it. She loves chatting with the residents and their families. She says Glebe Court has a brilliant staff team and she really enjoys the variety in her work”
Debbie Baker - Laundry Manager
Debbie says she really enjoys chatting with the residents and ensuring they are all well looked after. She says she loves her job and that's why she's been at Glebe Court for 22 years!"
Anita has worked at Glebe Court for 13 years and loves the family atmosphere. She says she really enjoys putting a smile on the residents' faces and interacting with them.
"Since I retired from teaching something was missing from my life, it was not being involved and a need to use my talent in some meaningful way. Being a volunteer at Glebe Court now gives me that sense of belonging and I love doing the displays for the residents to exhibit their work and highlight the many special events and activities."
